- Mentorship and knowledge shared freely
- Ties to Greater Cleveland or the broader diaspora
Why we do this
Recognition is economic
Visibility opens doors: to boards, to contracts, to funding, to the rooms where decisions get made. Naming the women doing this work out loud is part of the economic action.
