Reclaim Our Wealth is a nonprofit initiative focused on building intergenerational wealth, economic power, and community resilience in historically disinvested neighborhoods throughout Greater Cleveland. Our work addresses systemic barriers to capital access, property ownership, business development, and legacy planning that have long excluded underrepresented communities.
Our mission is to foster a thriving ecosystem of locally driven economic development by supporting individuals and families as agents of change, entrepreneurs, investors, and stewards of community wealth through culturally informed programs in financial education, cooperative economics, real estate literacy, and small business support, we help participants build the knowledge, networks, and resources needed to achieve long-term financial stability and community impact.
We serve neighborhoods across Cleveland, including Central, Glenville, and Clark-Fulton, offering place-based activations, workshops, storytelling events, and community wealth-building initiatives. These efforts aim to strengthen local economies, expand access to opportunity, and reimagine community development through a lens of abundance, sustainability, and shared ownership.

Sisters of Economic Action (SEA) is proud to launch the Leaders of Color Nonprofit Technical Assistance Program, a new leadership and capacity-building initiative designed to support nonprofit leaders of color who are committed to creating meaningful change in their communities.
Through a series of workshops and hands-on learning opportunities, participants will receive training in three critical areas of nonprofit success: Strategic Planning, Fundraising, and Branding. These sessions are designed to help leaders strengthen organizational infrastructure, increase sustainability, and build the tools necessary to grow their impact.
This program is part of Reclaim Our Wealth (ROW), an initiative focused on advancing economic empowerment, community resilience, and long-term wealth-building in historically disinvested communities throughout Greater Cleveland. ROW works to address barriers to capital access, business development, property ownership, and legacy planning by equipping community members with the knowledge, resources, and networks needed to thrive.

Leaders of color often serve on the front lines of community change while navigating limited access to funding, technical support, and professional development opportunities. This program seeks to bridge those gaps by providing practical tools, peer learning opportunities, and access to resources that can help organizations build lasting impact.

Whether you are launching a new initiative, growing an existing organization, or looking to strengthen your leadership capacity, this program is designed to help you move your mission forward.
Applications are now open. We encourage nonprofit leaders of color to apply and take advantage of this opportunity to invest in their organizations, communities, and future impact.
